What is the Think Tank?

For the purposes of our project, the ASU Blockchain Think Tank is a group of people with diverse perspectives who read, discuss, think, and write about a particular topic: blockchain technology.
The think tank includes eight (8) modules and four will guest speakers. Guests will use collaborative dialogue methods to empower students to brainstorm and express their own ideas to solve a problem(s) on campus using cryptocurrency.
Participants will complete educational awareness modules with videos and short assessments for them to view before each think tank session and gain knowledge before meeting with their peers and the experts.
Each module and think tank session have respective goals and outcomes that will build one another so that by the end of the think tank project, students would have created blockchain and cryptocurrency (coin, token, or non-fungible token/NFT) models for ASU.
Through the ASU Blockchain Think Tank, students can position themselves to secure internships, build their resume, become aware of and potentially participate in other educational training and professional development opportunities that exist, and increase their chances for acceptance into graduate programs relevant to this area.
Think Tank Participants will receive the following upon completion:
• Polo shirt
• ASU Coin Medal
• Certificate of Completion
• Cryptocurrency Swag Bag
